We decided spur of the moment to build a log home in the fall of 2016. We went to a local Log & Timber Show on a Sunday and Hochstetler Log Homes being Amish owned were not there. We talked to ½ dozen vendors that day and gathered a bunch of literature. We found Hochstetler Log Homes online and set up an appointment. From there, we narrowed down the list to 3 log home companies. Although other companies offered better pricing and discounts, we were more comfortable with Hochstetler Log Homes having visited there models and seeing the quality. The rest is history.
