In Their Words
Hello, I just wanted to drop a note to say THANK YOU! I drove 9 hours each way to attend your Log Cabin Days event this past weekend and it was well worth the drive. The entire event was absolutely amazing!
There were excellent vendors, the food was amazing. The log cabin burger experience was something I’ll never forget. There was great information everywhere I looked. The steam powered sawmill demonstration was one of the coolest things I have ever witnessed. It was a privilege to watch those hardworking guys build one of the cabins that was being auctioned off. It was great to see the construction methods and how things are assembled in real time.
The people I met on the log home tour were all amazing! I’d like to give a special shout-out to Ryan & Nichoel for showing us every custom detail of their home and pond-side cabin and also taking the time to explain their entire build timeline from property purchase, to what we saw this past weekend. Theirs was my favorite home on the tour and most closely resembles the dream home I have built in my head for my retirement. I’d also like to extend a special thank you to William for taking the time to show us the details and customizations of his amazing home, to include all the behind-the-scenes details of his geo-thermal, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
I’m 49 years old and can honestly tell you, I have NEVER learned so much, and had so much fun at the same time in 1 weekend in my life. Everyone involved in making this event into what it was deserves a sincere thank you! I wish there could be something similar in New England. I look forward to attending again some time in the future.
